Employee Assistance Programs

Our Employee Assistance Programs provide management consultation, supervisory training, employee orientation, client needs-assessment, brief intervention with employees and/or their dependents, networking with community resources for effective and efficient referrals, regular utilization reports, verbal and written follow-up with clients and referral sources, annual program summaries and ongoing promotion activities.

Services

Our Employee Assistance Program helps employees and their dependents deal with personal problems. The EAP staff is dedicated to solving problems that affect personal well-being, performance and productivity.

These programs cover a wide range: from financial or legal difficulties to marital or family conflicts to alcohol or drug abuse.

We provide confidential counseling, management training, employee wellness seminars, and other services.

History

Employee Health Systems was founded in 1985 to provide high quality Employee Assistance Programs to companies in the metropolitan Rochester, New York area.
